As you know, IDS Imaging strives to provide excellent service to its customers. This is also the case when you have a claim or a product return. IDS Imaging is implementing an RMA-(Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure for the return of goods from the 01st of June 2006.
The RMA procedure involves providing our customers with an RMA number for any return shipments that they may have. The RMA-number serves as a clear identification of your goods and will enable faster handling of your claim and the ability to check on the status of your claim at anytime.
From the 01st of June 2006 please ensure that you have requested an RMA-number before returning a product to our warehouse. This can be done by email, at rma@ids-imaging.de or by phone, on +49 7134 – 96196-212.
After this date goods returned without a valid RMA-number may no longer be accepted and will be returned to sender.
