| New GigE uEye cameras with 1.3 and 2 MP sensors |
The uEye® UI-5640-C and UI-5550-C models are the latest addition to the Gigabit Ethernet uEye family. Apart from a Gigabit Ethernet interface the two color cameras for demanding applications in industrial and non-industrial machine vision...
- are equipped with the latest generation light-sensitive 1/3“ CMOS sensors
- achieve 25 frames per second in fullframe mode at a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels (UI-5640-C) and 1600x1200 pixels (UI-5550-C)
- feature a variable power supply of 6 to 24V, a C-mount lens adapter with adjustable mounting dimensions and an RS232 interface
- include optically decoupled trigger and flash connectors as well as two GPIO ports that can be used either as digital inputs or digital outputs
- possess two independent processor cores that provide superior performance
The uEye® Camera Manager and the SDK ensure that all uEye GigE cameras are very easy to integrate. The cameras are configured automatically when they are connected to the network - no installation is required at hardware level. These powerful tools as well as many other software applications for Windows and Linux come as an integral part of the camera package at free of charge. |

| Comprehensive software package for an easy integration |
For an easy integration in your system, a comprehensive software package is included in delivery of every uEye camera.
Besides drivers for Windows and Linux it also contains the extensive software development kit (SDK). The SDK contains flexible tools, matching drivers and demo programs that make the camera easy to configure. The sample programs are provided complete with source code, offering developers a useful programming basis.
Interfaces for many other standard image processing programs and libraries complete the uEye software package:
- Direct Show (WDM), TWAIN, ActiveX (Microsoft)
- HALCON, ActivVision Tools (MVTec)
- Common Vision Blox (Stemmer Imaging)
- LabView (National Instruments)
- NeuroCheck (NeuroCheck)
Moreover the following machine vision software support
uEye cameras:
- V60 (Vision Tools)
- dhs Image Data Base (DHS)
- MIL (MATROX) (on demand by Rauscher Germany)
- StreamPix (Norpix) |
